These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Flugin Figma plugin and the flugin.app website (collectively, the "Service"). Flugin is owned and operated by Agent Space, LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Flugin is invite-only and requires a valid license key. Access is granted at our sole discretion following an approved early access request. Your license is non-transferable and limited to use by the individual or organization it was issued to.
We may revoke access at any time if we determine that these Terms have been violated.
You may use Flugin to capture publicly accessible web pages for design and prototyping purposes within Figma. You agree not to:
Flugin captures content from URLs you provide. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to capture and use that content. We do not claim ownership of any content captured through the Service.
The Flugin name, logo, and software are our intellectual property. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of our intellectual property to you.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that captured output will be pixel-perfect or complete. Captured results depend on the structure and behavior of third-party websites, which we do not control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flugin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
The Service integrates with Figma. Your use of Figma is subject to Figma's own terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for third-party services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
